Nampaknya tiada siapa yang mengaku terlibat dengan pembunuhan Altantuya.
Tak per la... kalau tak salah, takkan kita nak tuduh. Kepada yang tak der bukti menuduh pun, tak baik buat cam tu.

Sampai hari ni yang jadi soal ... adalah,

3. Sapa yang letupkan
4. mangkok tu kenal ke tak dengan mangsa
5. Kenapa dia di bunuh
6. Camana rekod imigresen boleh ilang

Aku tak nak tuduh sapa yang salah. Tapi kepada yang terlibat dan melibatkan diri di dalam pembunuhan tersebut. Memang dia tu jenis ****mak, anak sundal, anak haram dan mak dia ada hubungan dengan malaun celaka, babi dan mangkuk hayun ...

So .. kalau tak terlibat atau melibatkan diri dalam pembunuhan tu, Jangan lah kecil hati dengan sumpahan aku ni.

Sebab cikgu darjah 3 aku ada ajar ... pasal siapa makan cili, dia rasa pedas. Siapa makan gula, dia kencing manis. Kalau tak der siapa yang bunuh Altantuya .. mungkin juga dia mati letupkan diri sendiri. Mungkin gak.

Razak Baginda buat lawak ... jom ketawa

Beliau yang enggan menjelaskan secara spesifik siapakah blogger yang dimaksudkan itu berkata, blogger sekarang begitu berkuasa tetapi akhirnya “penulis blog tetap penulis blog” .

Tambahnya lagi, semua orang boleh menjadi blogger termasuklah pemandu teksi.

Abdul Razak juga meminta orang ramai supaya jangan mempercayai perkara itu yang yang disifatkannya sebagai satu penipuan.

Ditanya mengenai hubungannya dengan Najib, Abdul Razak berkata beliau tidak mempunyai hubungan yang formal dengan Najib.

Menurutnya, mereka sering bertukar buku dan berbincang mengenai apa yang mereka baca.

Beliau juga yakin Najib akan menjadi perdana menteri yang baik.... selanjutnya.

Nothing can change truth - Razak

Speaking at length for the first time since his acquittal three weeks ago of abetting the murder of the Mongolian model and translator, Razak described persistent allegations of the deputy prime minister's involvement in the sensational crime as fitnah (slander).

"Those who have spread such lies can never produce any authentic evidence because there is none.

"The truth is the truth, and nothing can change the truth," he told some 40 media representatives at a packed press conference here.... selanjutnya.

'Hanya 20 kad Raya saya terima

Saya telah menghabiskan selama 22 bulan di penjara dan dengan petunjuk Allah SWT jua, dengan keyakinan penuh bahawa saya tidak bersalah dan sokongan yang diberikan oleh keluarga dan kawan karib yang telah membantu saya melalui apa yang boleh saya katakan sebagai satu tempoh yang sangat menekan, sangat menduga dan sangat menyedihkan sepanjang usia 48 tahun saya.

Kata-kata tidak akan mampu menggambarkan dan menyatakan penghargaan saya yang amat mendalam terhadap keluarga saya yang telah bersama-sama saya mengharungi waktu yang sangat mencabar ini. Kasih sayang dan dedikasi mereka yang tidak terhingga yang memberi saya kekuatan. Setiap hari Sabtu tanpa gagal, keluarga saya akan datang melawat saya semasa tempoh lawatan mingguan. Sejumlah lebih 100 kali mereka datang melawat dan lawatan mereka adalah kemuncak dari seminggu saya. Sungguh, saya sungguh bertuah.... selanjutnya.

Henti fitnah Najib - Razak

“Terlalu banyak fitnah yang dilemparkan terhadap Timbalan Perdana Menteri dan isterinya. Mereka yang menyebarkan fitnah tidak pernah mengeluarkan bukti yang kukuh kerana sememangnya tidak ada bukti.

“Kebenaran adalah kebenaran dan tiada apa yang boleh mengubah kebenaran. Hari ini saya ingin jelaskan seperti mana keterangan saya kepada polis, Najib tidak terlibat,” katanya pada sidang akhbar selama hampir 45 minit itu yang sesak dengan wakil media tempatan serta asing... selanjutnya.

Razak Baginda temui wartawan Khamis

Selepas tiga minggu dibebaskan, Pengarah Eksekutif Pusat Penyelidikan Strategik Malaysia, Abdul Razak Abdullah Baginda dijangka akan menyatakan pengalaman 22 bulan berada di dalam penjara pada sidang media pertamanya berhubung pembebasan beliau daripada tuduhan membunuh wanita Mongolia, Altantuya Shaariibuu pada Khamis ini.

Perkara itu diberitahu sendiri oleh anaknya, Rowena, 21, melalui email kepada mStar Online, hari ini.

Beliau berkata, sidang media tersebut akan diadakan di sebuah hotel di ibu negara.

Razak sepatutnya mengadakan sidang media pada 6 November lalu pada masa dan tempat yang sama namun membatalkannya di saat-saat akhir.

Pada hari yang sama, Rowena mengeluarkan kenyataan meminta maaf atas pembatalan sidang media tersebut.

Dalam kenyataannya itu, Rowena berkata, bapanya sedang menyesuaikan semula kehidupan sebagai seorang yang bebas selepas dipenjarakan hampir dua tahun dan ternyata penyesuaian itu mengambil sedikit masa.

Cubaan untuk mendapatkan komen daripada Razak berhubung pembebasannya itu telah dilakukan sejak hari beliau dibebaskan namun beliau enggan berbuat demikian.... selanjutnya.

Beri alasan konkrit kenapa bebaskan Razak Baginda - Gobind

MStar |.... Gobind berkata, sepanjang pengetahuannya, ketika Jabatan Peguam Negara mendapat fail kes, mereka dikatakan mempunyai cukup bukti untuk mendakwa Razak yang akhirnya menyebabkan Razak ditahan reman sepanjang perbicaraan.

"Apabila tiba masa pembebasan pada masa ini, tiada alasan konkrit yang diberikan...tiada yang berubah. Jika tiada yang berubah, kami akan tanya kenapa Jabatan Peguam Negara membuat keputusan yang sebaliknya iaitu rayuan tersebut tidak perlu (dilakukan).

"Ini penting kerana kes ini bukan sahaja mendapat perhatian dalam negara malah daripada masyarkat antarabangsa," katanya kepada media di lobi Parlimen, di sini hari ini.

Jumaat lalu, Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah yang mengetuai barisan pendakwaan kes pembunuhan Altantuya berkata, pihaknya tidak akan memfailkan rayuan atas alasan Hakim Mohd Zaki Md Yasin yang memutuskan kes berkenaan sudah membuat penemuan fakta ketika membebaskanRazak daripada tuduhan tersebut.

Razak merupakan tertuduh ketiga dalam kes pembunuhan Altantuya dibebaskan 31 Oktober lalu di Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam setelah Hakim Mohd Zaki mendapati tiada kes prima facie bagi Razak untuk menjawab tuduhan.... selanjutnya.

MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS ISSUES STATEMENT ADDRESSING MALAYSIA

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The world community is well aware of the ruthless murder of Mongolian citizen ALTANTUYA Shaariibuu on October 19, 2006, in Punchak Alam, Malyasia, being shot twice and blown up by an explosive.
The Government of Mongolia reaffirms hereby that it has been consistently paying attention, from the very beginning of this cruel crime to the court proceedings. The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs (previous name) of Mongolia have sent letters twice each to their Malaysian counterparts expressing their confidence that related Malaysian authority would bring a murderer to justice and deliberate a fair court conviction for the case.

The Government of Mongolia deeply regrets that the Malaysian high court judge made a decision on October 31, 2008, to acquit Abdul Razak Baginda--the murder suspect for killing Mongolian ALTANTUYA Shaariibuu.

Although Mongolia has no legal rights to take part in the court proceedings, the Government of Mongolia is responsible for protecting legitimate rights and interests of its citizen under international treaties and national legislation.

In connection with the recent court decision to acquit the suspect Abdul Razak Baginda, the Minister for Exterrnal Relations of Mongolia Mr. S.Batbold has sent another letter addressed to the Foreign Minister of Malaysia Mr. Rice Yatim requesting the latter to pay attention to and render support for ensuring conditions for a final court decision free from politics and other side influence.

The letter carries a statement by Mongolia's Government testifying that it will have a strong reasoning for turning to the international court in order to defend rights and interests of its citizen if the court's final decision results in unfair trial and proceedings.

A trial for the special unit officers charged for the murder is expected to take place shortly and the Mongolian Government keeps its eyes and ears wide open on the proceeding.

Razak Baginda gives thanks in quiet affair

malaysianinsider | .... There was a single marquee, draped in white and red, set up in his front garden in the leafy neighbourhood of Damansara Heights. No music. Three tables were placed outdoors for the invited guests, limited to family members and close friends.

The press stationed outside since 6pm estimated some 20 guests. They had been trickling in, in one, twos, threes and more slightly before 7pm and were greeted warmly at the door by Abdul Razak’s wife Mazlinda Makhzan and daughter, Rowena.

However, Abdul Razak himself was not sighted this time. He had been spotted earlier in the day, arriving home and then leaving again in a silver Mercedes car in the span of half an hour. He looked rather haggard then, dressed simply in a plain, white shirt over dark trousers. And he seemed most grim without his spectacles and with a deep frown pinching the skin between his prominent eyebrows.

Spotting the press, Rowena diligently came out to the gate and distributed the same copies of a brief press statement she had handed out earlier in the day. In it, she apologised for cancelling the highly anticipated press conference her father was to hold at swanky Hotel Maya in Jalan Ampang this morning.......

Razak nak sesuaikan diri?

Malaysiakini | ... Difahamkan, keputusan untuk membatalkan sidang akhbar tersebut dibuat malam tadi.

Sementara itu, anak perempuan beliau, Rowena dalam sebuah kenyataan, meminta maaf di atas penangguhan sidang akhbar tersebut.

“Beliau (Abdul Razak) sedang menyesuaikan diri sebagai seorang yang bebas, selepas berada di dalam penjara hampir dua tahun. Beliau fikir beliau dapat membuat penyesuaian sejurus selepas dibebaskan, tetapi perkara itu ternyata memakan sedikit masa," katanya.

Rowena berkata, Abdul Razak juga mengambil kira kesihatan dirinya dan akan berada di Malaysia untuk beberapa minggu lagi.... selanjutnya.

HAMPIR 2 tahun penjara dah kecoh ... nak sesuaikan diri katanya. Takkan anak bini pun tak nak bagi tau kalau nak postpone.

Razak ignored reporters

malaysianinsider | Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda, recently acquitted of abetting in the murder of a Mongolian woman, failed to turn up this morning for a scheduled press conference, initially sparking speculation as to his whereabouts.

He was seen later at his house in the leafy Damansara Heights neighbourhood, but he did not come out to the gate to speak to reporters gathered there.

Members of the press who turned up at the swanky boutique Maya Hotel earlier today were told by reception that the press conference had been cancelled. No reasons were given.

Earlier this week, Abdul Razak had told reporters camped outside his residence that he would meet them at the hotel this morning for an extensive question-and-answer session.

His acquittal last week in the murder trial of his former lover Altantuya Shaariibuu has given rise to a host of questions because of the sensational nature of the case.

The affable political analyst's close ties as a confidant of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak also sparked wild rumours and speculation.

Najib was even forced to swear that he had never met Altantuya and was not involved in the case.

If Abdul Razak does not make a public appearance soon to answer many lingering questions about the case, it will probably add grist to the rumour mill.... selanjutnya.

Balasubramaniam, the private investigator hired by Abdul Razak Baginda revealed in his Statutory Declaration that Abdul Razak Baginda informed him :

• He (Razak) had been introduced to Aminah (Altantunya Shariibu) by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.
• Datuk Seri Najib informed Razak that he (Najib) had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to a**l intercourse.
• Datuk Seri Najib wanted Razak to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harras him since he was now the Deputy Prime Minister.
• Bla bla bla bla…….. (all the hearsay continues)

So Razak then married Altantunya in Korea but Bala did not mention whether Razak took the custody of Altantunya because of her anal expertise or because it is more easier for him to look after her.

Shaariibuu makes surprise visit to court

sun2surf - [...] Shaariibuu, who later spoke to reporters through the interpreter outside the court, said his visit this time was in anticipation of the end of the prosecution's case, as he had expected to know if defence would be called.

However, this is some time away as the court today set July 23 to hear submissions on two impeachment proceedings, two trial within trials and the trial proper.

He then distributed to the press a statement listing out several points he has been pondering over the last two years, also distributed a letter from Mongolian foreign affairs ministry to the Attorney-General’s (A-G) Chambers' civil division head Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah.

The letter was signed by its consular department deputy director Yadmaa Ariunbold was CCed to Mongolian MPs, its foreign minister, and BCCed to A-G Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail and lawyer Karpal Singh who is holding a watching brief for the Mongolian government.

In the letter Yadmaa recapped that he had visited Malaysia from May 29, 2008, and met officials from police, foreign ministry and Tun Abdul Majid to reiterate Mongolia’s position on the issue.

"With goodwill between our two countries, I anticipate that the Malaysia side would ensure fair and independent court trial till the end," Yadmaa said.

The letter went on to say: "Any further ruling and judgment on the above stated case, whatever violating the internationally accepted norms and standards, would force Mongolia yo take an action that could affect bilateral relations between our friendly nations and inter alia, to bring this issue to the attention of the regional and international arena with pure legal concept of human rights and democracy."

"The government of Mongolia remains following the entire legal process on this severe criminal case with particular attention," Yadmaa added.

Meanwhile, Shaariibuu did not want to comment on blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin’s statutory declaration implicating a VIP's wife and two armed forces personnel in the murder, saying it was not for him to say. He however referred to Raja Petra as a person seeking justice.... selanjutnya.

Kawan-kawan, there was much drama at the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder trial yesterday. Someone is trying to do a number on someone. There are no angels involved. Only devils. For a minute the case was adjourned and the courtroom almost cleared.

The newspapers were not allowed to report on what really went on. Only a portion of what happened was reported in the press. Here is The Star version:


Abdul Razak kicks and hits door at murder trial

Abdul Razak Abdullah Baginda, who is being tried for abetting two policemen in murdering Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu, lost his cool on the 90th day on Wednesday. He had a dissatisfied look when his father Datuk Abdullah Malim Baginda whispered something to him before the hearing began at about 9.30am. After the proceedings were adjourned for lunch, however, the 48-year-old political analyst, surprised all those present in the High Court when he suddenly kicked and banged the door with his hands. He was also seen crying before his lawyer Wong Kian Kheong and mother calmed him down.

Before the hearing began at 9:30 am, Razak Baginda's father had whispered something to him. This made Razak angry the whole day. Finally, about three hours later, Razak Baginda could not stand it any longer and exploded. What did he say?

Reporter friends who were there said that Razak shouted again and again, "Matilah kau Pak Lah! Matilah Pak Lah! I am innocent! I am innocent!" Then he went into a mad rampage and kicked the chairs and doors in the courtroom. Even the Judge was shocked and did not know what to do. Both the defense lawyers and the prosecution team were also all shocked.

The story goes that Razak Baginda's father whispered instructions to his son to incriminate his former boss Najib Tun Razak. The instruction came from the Pak Lah camp. This was yet another deal they were trying to make - Razak Baginda's life for Najib's head. The story is that Najib is outshining Badawi in this coming general election. Najib may win big in Pahang but Pak Lah may win small or even lose his seat in Kepala Batas.

The Pak Lah camp may also suspect that Najib's people are working in the background to embarass Pak Lah in Kepala Batas. Hence the 'whisperings' through Razak Baginda's father.

The Sun newspaper carried the story, complete with Razak Baginda's outburst. However, the Home Ministry asked The Sun to withdraw their first run which carried the 'Matilah Kau Pak Lah!' outburst by Razak Baginda. The Sun had to withdraw thousands of copies of their print run early this morning.

Strange things are happening in the country folks. No angels are involved. Only devils.
