ACA arrests four over land scam in Sabah

Star | The Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) has arrested four men aged between 32 and 58 and seized some RM150,000 over a land scam deal.

State ACA director Latifah Md Yatim said Monday two of the men were state civil servants in their 40s and they were held on Saturday.

She told reporters at her office here on Monday that the arrests came after a month of investigations following 60 reports of land scam deals throughout the state.

"We conducted an operation after receiving information from the public that there was a questionable land deal involving demands of between RM50,000 and RM300,000," she said.... selanjutnya.
