Khalid tells Syabas to stop making statements

NST | ..."Consumers in Selangor will continue to get their free water as promised," Khalid said when commenting on a statement issued by Syabas executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail on Tuesday.

The statement stated that the free water was to end on Sept 30, but an extension was made possible after Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad agreed to bear the cost for an additional three months of October, November and December.

The menteri besar said Rozali was expressing his own opinion.
He added that negotiations were going on between the state and Federal governments to restructure the water services, including the delivery of water to consumers in the state.... selanjutnya.
