Kelantan Government may take legal action against publications

Star | Another newspaper was cited in the State Legislative Assembly here for alleged misreporting and this time, the paper cited was Harian Metro, a sister publication of Berita Harian.

State Local Government committee chairman Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan (BN-Bunut Payung) said the paper had headlined that the Sultan of Kelantan called for a review of the declaration of Kota Baru as an Islamic City.

The paper apparently published the headline based on the reporting of the Ruler’s opening address of the seven-day Budget sitting.... selanjutnya.
