Malaysiakini - Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) menafikan dakwaan bahawa Malaysia adalah antara Negara yang mengamalkan pembunuhan secara rahsia bagi mengawal bagi mengawal statistic jenayah tahunan.
Timbalan Ketua Polis, Datuk Ismail Omar menyifatkan dakwaan Amnesty International (AI) - sebuah pertubuhan hak asasi manusia - itu sebagai tidak berasas.
Katanya, PDRM sentiasa menjalankan tugas dengan profesional dan penyiasatan adalah bersifat terbuka.
"Ini tidak betul... isu berkenaan tidak seharusnya dikaitkan dengan Malaysia," katanya kepada pemberita di Kuala Lumpur ketika diminta mengulas mengenai dakwaan AI itu.
