Kepada orang yang buta sejarah. Sebenarnya DEB dah pun tamat tempohnya pada 1990 dan digantikan dengan MTEN (Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Negara). Kalau tidak percaya tanya kepada Dato' Mustapha Muhammad yang menjadi Pengerusi MTEN. Kenapa beliau senyap sahaja dan tidak bersuara.
