KUANTAN: Action will be taken against those who use the Internet to send or download video clips of sexual recordings of former health minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
Deputy Internal Security Minister Datuk Fu Ah Kiow said yesterday it was wrong for the public to keep or distribute pornographic materials.
"Do not keep or download the video as you can be charged with possessing or distributing pornographic materials," he said after presenting cash rewards to 300 top students in his Kuantan constituency here.
He was commenting on the distribution of Dr Chua's video clips through emails and blogspots.
Although no one has been charged, several people have been charged with possessing and distributing the DVDs of Dr Chua's sex recordings.
Fu said police would also take action against those who download or distribute other pornographic materials if there was evidence.
He denied that police were practising double standards when only those who distributed Dr Chua's sex videos were arrested,
"We (police) have arrested dozens of peddlers with the help of the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry.

Surprising..... when it was DS Anwar Ibrahim's case, THEY (umno, that is-MCA's buddy)were the ones distributing videos/flyers all over, even to the extent of feeding in the pigeonholes of apartments & letterboxes.
You see the 'discrimination'? It's all about their political survival.. whatever it takes!
