They said UMNO may lose up to 10 seats on this general election 8 march 2008. However it depends on the polls result. I am Thinking of what UMNO under BN had done for the past few years for the country sake. List down, and re-valued, everything..There is developments going on and there is also corruption in it. Come on, told me which politicians don't lie and involved in corruption?Maybe you may think a little while to think about it. But if I ask which politician do corruption and bribery? There, you got it all figured out! So, that's the reality of Malaysian politics.
The incoming general election will decide whether UMNO lose 10 seats or more..or opposite of that, they win big which i don't even know how hey did it. I am not accusing of anything, but it is just something inside my head.
Here it is the news i told about. From Malaysiakini
Premesh Chandran | Feb 28, 08 12:54pm analysis With 95 parliament seats and 269 state seats in Peninsula Malaysia, Umno is by far the most dominant political party in the country.
In 2004, Umno won 95 out of the 103 (92.2%) parliament seats and 268 out of 304 (88.2%) state seats contested in the peninsular. Umno had a near perfect record in all states except in the Malay heartland of Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah where it lost 32 state seats and seven parliament seats to PAS.
Its biggest prize in 2004 was snatching Terengganu back from PAS, a state it had lost in 1999 in the wake of the reformasi movement. However, this victory was marred by serious allegations of electoral fraud.
